Delete your Cookmark account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Cookmark on your device.
2. Go to your profile or settings screen.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation prompt to permanently delete your account.

If you cannot access the app

Email cookmark@enisuzan.dev from the email address linked to your Cookmark account and use the subject line Delete Account Request.

Data deleted with your account

• Account profile information associated with your Cookmark account.
• Saved recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, pantry items, and related preferences.
• User-created content and account-linked app data stored for core functionality.

Data that may be retained for a limited period

• Purchase and subscription records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or platform compliance purposes.
• Limited server logs and security records may be retained for up to 30 days to help investigate abuse, security incidents, or service reliability issues.

What deletion does not cancel automatically

Deleting your Cookmark account does not automatically cancel an active subscription bought through Apple App Store or Google Play. Any subscription must be canceled separately in the store where it was purchased.
